Hello, I am currently at tier 5, and it says the monthly limit is $15,000, but I cannot prepay my wallet with more than $1,000. How can I add more than $1,000 to my prepaid balance?
That doesn’t seem to be an option. People with monthly bills over $1000 have also had some problems in the past.
You can use the auto-recharge option, setting a minimum where the account is then refilled to the amount you specify.
