Cannot cancel subscription

I cannot reach out to the support of OpenAI for them to solve the same issue discuss in this thread. I am afraid to pay in the next month for it.

I’m having the same issue. I have an active Plus subscription but no way to cancel it (have at least removed my payment card).
I reached out to support yesterday (via the AI chatbot) but haven’t heard a reply. The chatbot says that they ā€œtypically reply within a weekā€ :dizzy_face:
