Can we use third party APIs in plug-in?

Curious if there are any limitations around ownership of plug-in API integrations?

For example, could I use the Twitter API to let users post to their own twitter from ChatGPT? Or Medium’s API to write blog posts from ChatGPT?

For context I don’t work at twitter or medium.

Just like if you were building with 3rd party API’s in any product, you are able to do so. But if you build with the Twitter API and submit a plugin called “Twitter” it will not be approved. If you build a bunch of things and follow the Twitter API TOS and don’t violate their trademark, then it should be all good from our side!
