I was looking through the badges and noticed one that no-one’s gotten yet, is there a reason reactions have been disabled?
I just want to feel special with my shiny bronze badge!

As one who uses other Discourse forums, reactions is not always a good fit. For this site I do second that reactions should be enabled and should include the eyes emoji.
My typical use case with the eyes emoji is to indicate that I am looking at or seen the post.
