I have a ChatGPT Team account. I am the owner, I added 15 staff members all as “member” role. This morning I tried to change someone to Admin but this change does not appear to be saving. It changes it in the drop down but there is no save button and if you navigate away and come back, this user is still showing as Member role. How to persist changes on the member page?
Is there a resolution on this - I’m having the same problem
