I am experiencing considerable frustration as my transition to the business plan has not met my expectations for Codex. I previously found the Codex platform highly beneficial, utilizing it extensively for my shop’s development. During the programming of my plasma PC, my credits on the Personal Plus plan were depleted. I subsequently reloaded my account with $20, only to find my credits depleted again shortly thereafter.
In an effort to address this, I opted to upgrade to the business plan. However, I am now encountering issues with insufficient workspace credits. This situation leads me to question if I have inadvertently selected an unsuitable plan. Furthermore, I have lost access to my previously established group conversations, one of which was with my part-time employee. As a small business owner, operating with just myself and one part-time assistant, I rely on AI to facilitate growth and maintain a competitive edge.
