I upload some sensitive data for an analysis, so i use the Chat history & training off. But when the ChatGPT 4 is giving me back the file, i cant open it.
It says: Failed to get upload status for /mnt/data/file.xlsx
How to fix this problem?
It’s been a week and the problem is not solved, it is actually very sad
