Hi I am blocked at tier1 whereas I did my first payment more than 10 days ago + spent more than 100 usd.
I can’t recharge my account as I already spent the limit.
What’s your advise on that ?
You can email support@openai.com with your organization id and request to increase the API tier by essentially meeting all the criteria.
If you cannot add even $5 payment for credits to force a calculation, it is either that, or wait until August to spend more so adding a minimum payment is possible.
The fault was in loading the organization full of credits before the 7 days was up to where a new payment would trigger a working recalculation of tier. The monthly limit shouldn’t keep you from adding more funds, but it can keep you from spending enough account balance so you can add more funds, as the maximum balance is also the monthly limit.
