Last month, I manually made several payments by credit card to cover OpenAI API usage, which are clearly shown in my Billing History. These payments were fully consumed by API usage in the same month, and my credit balance even went negative.
However, I noticed that these payments were never reflected under “Credit Grants”, even though the credit balance changed and the usage was fully deducted.
Could you please clarify:

Why payments that affect the credit balance (including going negative) do not appear under Credit Grants?
