Billing Failure - Charged but no Credits

Hi everyone,

Hoping to get some help with resolving an issue.

I added my card to billing and on openai it ‘failed’ so I tried again and it failed again.

I checked my card account and it’s been charged twice and OpenAI hasn’t recorded the charges.

Any advice for how to contact OpenAI to get it resolved without telling my bank to block the transactions?


This is happening to a lot of people. Class action lawsuit?

It happened to me, the card was charged but the api key was not released :frowning:

Same issue here. 80 USD. Why does customer service refuse to answer?

Give it a few days to get an answer. There are millions of customers. It does take a bit of time to get through every single query.
