I am getting the following image when logging into my account. Just loaded money onto the account for tokens a month or so ago. If my account was deleted and I cannot get it to be undeleted, I want my money back. How is this fair, or possible?! I still don’t know why my account was deleted or deactivated. The only thing I can think of is that I tried logging into SORA to test it out when the first Auth Error showed up. Please advise. Tried reaching out to their support email and have gotten 2 or 3 different explanations. One was that it was age restricted, and one was the need to use stripe to authenticate with a photo id, which is odd because nothing(not the email nor the openai) has any validation of that kind on it how would stripe validation be used with an account that does not have my name actual info attached?
