I just signed up for Sora but started with 0 credits from the beginning. I don’t know what kind of error occurred, but I logged in with all my credits taken away. I am a Plus subscriber. Please restore my credits.
Did you try restarting your computer to see if that helps or anything your on?
I’ve tried accessing from different browsers and even cleared my cache before logging in again. When I logged in with my company’s team account (which doesn’t have a subscription), I could see 1000 disabled credits. This issue only occurs with my personal account and nothing I’ve tried has resolved it.

The only path to resolution is to go to help.openai.com, and click the bot help icon at lower-right, to send a message, and navigate through the tree of choices. Similar to “help” at platform.openai.com.
Indeed, here, “members” are simply fellow users. Maybe some company lurkers who sample the forum for sentiment, or post output here merely as a last stop on a social media announcement campaign, and do not engage with account issues.
OpenAI can prove me incorrect, by working to resolve the issues in the next reply…
