Does anyone know why I get this message “Your OpenAI account has been deactivated, please check your email for more information. If you feel this is an error, contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.” when I try to open my account. It can’t be a problem with the billing because I have paid for my subscription and even have money in my OpenAI account. OpenAI haven’t sent any mails to me and they don’t answer my messages in the support

This can be by the connections or billing info being from an unsupported country or country not provided by the banking, or using a payment method not connected to an identity.
The other typical reason, if the account is newly altered, is content policy violations.
The only thing to do if you feel it is indeed in error is to wait days for a support response. Account ban is rarely reversed, I can’t cite any forum examples of this being remedied.
