Appeal button in Custom GPTs is not displayed

Hi,
After several months running fine I had one of my biggest Custom GPTs delisted from ChatGPT Store. According the documentation there should be an “Appeal” button to ask for review. But in may case that button is not displayed at all. I have a Teams account with more than 10 users and I am trying to do it as the admin and owner of the account but still it does not work.

I tried to appeal using ChatGPT help chat but still it was unsuccessful.
So, does anyone know why the Appeal button disappeard? Am I the only one?

It has probaly to do with the way you told it to bejave because they don’t want gpt’s that violate their policies like racism etc. Mabh check the prompts. And retry.

It is an informational legal assistant and the CustomGPT is full of disclaimers in Title, description and scope saying that it is not a real lawyer and that it is not providing legal advice. I really do not understand how I cannot appeal the decission to delist it, does anybody faced a similar issue? How can I appeal in this case?
