We have submitted an App for review and we have not heard anything back in more than 3 weeks. Does anyone know how how long would take to hear back?

That’s a common experience, I believe.
This team here is tracking how many new apps are added each day and it’s averaging around 7 / day. It’s safe to assume there’s a lot of submissions so this small amount definitely means they are doing a more in-depth approval for each. It could take a good bit of time for them to get through all the initial submissions.
I submitted ~5 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything.

Same here - been waiting since December. I got one email/update that they are now reviewing it but that was 4 weeks ago and no progress/updates since. Also, I’d be really interested to hear if anyone is getting their app invoked in chats without it being explicitly added by the user?
