Our ChatGPT App has been stuck in review since June 11 (over 6 weeks now).
We’ve shared the App ID, followed up with the team, and also opened a support ticket, but the review is still pending.

I have not tried to create an OpenAI app, so I do not have firsthand experience with the details you described.

We are also facing the same issue from openai app publishing , our app is under review since past one month. The initial checks were done so early but after all the fixes when we resubmitted the app, it is still in review since more than one month now. Any updates on it @OpenAI_Support ?

Our plugin (xTiles) hit the same wall, and ours was previously approved

Waiting for approval since July 14
Hey folks, I know waiting for app approval can be frustrating, especially when you’re hoping for an update.
Our team has seen longer wait times recently as submission volume has increased. This is affecting several teams and isn’t specific to your app or plugin. As you noted, other developers are seeing similar delays.
As long as you received a submission case ID, your request was successfully submitted and is in the review queue. From there, it will go through the standard review process, and timing can vary depending on volume.
For now, you’re all set and just need to wait for the review to be completed.

Since the last submission, I have waited 15 days without receiving a response.
Around 2 weeks ago. It’s still showing as “Pending Review” with no updates yet. How about yours? Has your plugin been approved, or is it still pending as well?

@OpenAI_Support @casey-chow our plugin has been in review for 14 days (which I guess from reading here is not unusual) but we have an event coming up in 7 days where our users will be using the plugin (if it is approved) to implement new ideas. Do you know roughly what is the estimate time for a review? I tried to reach out to the support via email but I have been redirected to an AI bot and can’t reach a human to get a bit more info on this.
Any help to meet our deadline would be greatly appreciated.

Here is an update on the current debugging findings.
Based on recent fixes made to the UI tool, it appears that the official source has been dynamically altering the data structure returned by the window.openai object, preventing the UI from retrieving the expected parameter data.
