I have already paid over $50 in total, and it’s been more than 7 days since my last payment. However, the upgrade still hasn’t gone through. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? How long does it usually take to get resolved?

In this case it would be best to reach out directly to OpenAI support via the chat widget on the developer platform. This is likely related to a recent bug which prevented users from getting upgraded and requires direct intervention.

Thanks for your response! I’ve reported the issue to support through chat, but I haven’t received a proper reply. They just tell me to check if I meet the requirements and to wait, or sometimes they don’t reply at all.
If this is a common issue, I’d feel more at ease, but my main concern is whether it’s just me not meeting the necessary conditions.
You are trying to get from Tier 1 to Tier 2, correct? In that case, yes, it looks like you are meeting all requirements.
Sometimes it helps to just add a small extra amount (e.g. 1-2 dollars) to trigger a refresh in the background, which then results in the automatic upgrade. However, I cannot guarantee that it’ll work and therefore would just recommend you to go back to support and raise it with them (again).
