500 errors - what is the email address for reporting them?

The message returned with the error code informs that I should contact help.openai.com if the problem persists - but there is no contact address:

‘The server had an error processing your request. Sorry about that! You can retry your request, or contact us through our help center at help.openai.com if you keep seeing this error. (Please include the request ID 0a57a6c5dbcf570da229713f1e672092 in your email.)’

This is when trying out ‘gpt-4-1106-preview’ - so I guess it is a fair game - but I am billed for these errors.

You can try support@openai.com, although the support bot in the bottom right corner of help.openai.com is the preferred method.

Thanks! The bot does not seem to work currently - but I filed an email error report.
