I have this message on my page “Analysis paused” and I can’t ask for any tasks. won’t let me hit enter and work…

Same issue here. And it was a long session to. Is there no way to restart the session? (I think i uploaded a too large xlsx file)
@eric49 and @fidde, here as well. None of the recommended solutions suggested by the AI helped either. Almost 3 months after the first report of this issue by @eric49 and still no authoritative responses/solutions, I am surprised by that. Hopefully a resolution will be found.

I was facing this problem too as one of the threads that I use daily started showing “Analysis Paused” and I was unable to use that thread any more.
But, when I shared the thread to one of my coworker using the ‘Share’ icon on the top-right, it started working on his computer.
Surprisingly, as I also clicked the same link, the chat started working as a new thread. Completely functional with all the historical inputs and outputs. A great relief. 
Certainly a ‘bug’ and it needs proper attention from the dev team.
Just happened to me and I couldn’t use the “share” method due to uploaded images (they can’t currently share threads with uploaded images). I tried refreshing, clicking stop, I even tried clicking on the little recommended automations to try and kickstart it, no dice…
HOWEVER…I did notice a little > (upside down version of that, like a “v”) next to “analysis paused” → clicked on that and it allowed me to switch models…and THAT was all I needed to break it up.

Switched it to a model that was even faster at processing advanced and complex tasks and it generated my PDF in a few seconds through python (which probably would have happened just fine if I hadn’t interrupted it the first time). Lesson learned!
