I received this error when executed my agent by @openai/agents v0.11.5:
An error occurred while processing your request. You can retry your request, or contact us through our help center at help.openai.com if the error persists. Please include the request ID req_582db1a14a324b299a1867673f43ab91 in your message.
I tried to contact support on https://help.openai.com but the AI assistant said that it cannot check my request_id and gave some light advices which didn’t help.
How can I open a ticket to a real human support team to check my request id?

As far as I understand it the Help Center bot usually cannot inspect request IDs itself. I would try replying in the support chat with something very explicit, like:
“Generic troubleshooting did not resolve this. This is an API/Agents SDK error with a request ID that needs backend log review. Please route this conversation to a human support agent.”
Then include the request ID, timestamp/timezone, SDK version, model, minimal reproduction and logs.
You can also try by emailing them support@openai.com.

Everybody say that the email support@openai.com doesn’t work. I already had a conversation with AI chat bot - without success. Where is it “support chat”? Isn’t it help.openai.com?
Can you please clarify what you mean by “it doesn’t work”? Do you mean the email bounced, nobody replied or that it didn’t create a support case?
I haven’t personally had an issue getting routed to a human support agent when needed, but the exact path can depend on how the request is submitted.

Sometimes support/staff reply here too, but nothing I can guarantee. If they do, they’ll probably ask you to open a support case and share the case ID here.
I’d recommend opening only one support case though, since it’s easier to follow.
