All types of files will not upload to any chatgpt version. Previously worked, getting zero assistance from OpenAI Support over a month

I’ve been trying to figure out why my files will not upload for approximately a month now. On the verge of removing my account. I used to upload with zero problems, then suddenly no file type would work. “.txt, .png, .pdf, .docx, etc.” Even screenshots stop at ~66% loaded as shown in the image. I was messing around with the API approximately the same time this happened, but couldn’t image why it would cause this issue. During this time I was programming in Juypter Notebook with Python and attempting to load the API into the notebook. After it not working I just stopped attempting to use it.

Soon after (but not certain there’s any correlation) I started having issues with the files uploading in my chatgpt account.

I’ve attempted to contact support multiple times through their chatbot and each time it indicated they would contact me via email within a few days. I’ve requested help multiple times and they still haven’t sent me any messages. It’s been nearly a month.

Anyone have a solution or how to talk to an actual person to solve this issue?

Similar, I was able to load any file about 4 days ago and now I can load screenshots .ts, ,html, and .css files but cannot load .tsx, .txt.

The screenshots are 96KB but all the other files are 10KB or under. Its not the file size and I tried a different browser.

Similar problem, cannot upload .tsx files anymore..
Tried different browser, tried the chat-GPT desktop app, no luck, same result.
Sent an email to support, no response after several days now.
Work around, I copy/paste the file content in the chat box, not optimal, would like to get this fixed again.

I asked to refund me for the weeks I could t use
I will stop the subscription to go to Claude AI.
It’s unacceptable that this runs with AI and not any human support.

I found out my Sophos Home AntiVirus software that I get free from my school started blocking my uploads for some reason. I never went into the software to make changes, so there must have been an update I wasn’t aware of. Randomly I thought to go into the software and add chatgpt webpage to the website exceptions and everything started working again.

Hope this helps.
