ChatGPT asks me to verify my age. It sends me to “age yoti”, I run and complete the age estimate, I am sent back to “platform openai”, I read: “Sit tight… We’re starting your age verification.” and finally sent back to “age yoti” which asks me to verify my age again.
An infinite loop. Any help?

I reached OpenAI support and they told me:
"We recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies or trying a different web browser before attempting to verify your age again. Furthermore, to confirm your age, please sign into ChatGPT through a web browser (not our mobile app). You should see a banner asking you to verify your age. "
By cleaning my browser’s cache and cookies, I was able to performe the action.
