After switching from Plus to Pro, the GitHub app is no longer
accessible in the project. How can I fix this

I have seen something like this before. Have you tried starting a new project? That unblocked my workflow.

It helped a little. After creating a new project, it unlocked some options that had been hidden. But still don’t see apps. Screens before and after

It’s strange behavior. On iOS it works fine, but in any browser (desktop and mobile) the project apps are not available. I tried with another Plus account and everything works smoothly. But with Pro, the apps seem blocked in project chats, though they remain available in regular chats.

Hey @duframe, that does sound odd, especially with it behaving differently between accounts and environments.

Could you open a support request and include a HAR file from when you try using Apps/Connectors in a project? That’ll help the team investigate what’s happening.

After model 5.5 was released, those issues were gone.
