Business workspace deactivated — locked out, cannot reactivate or pay invoice — Case #07007212

Hi all,

I am experiencing the same bug confirmed in this thread: “BUG CONFIRMED: DeactivatedWorkspaceModal crashing, Business owner completely locked out, self-service reactivation impossible.”

Every login attempt redirects me to the workspace/deactivated page — a completely blank page with no way to reactivate or pay my outstanding invoice.

Steps I have already taken:

  • Cleared browser cache and cookies
  • Disabled extensions
  • Tried incognito mode and multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge)
  • Tested on home, work and cellular networks
  • Provided a screen recording to support
  • Provided a HAR file to support
  • Attempted to pay via the Stripe link provided — the March invoice no longer appears

I have an existing support case open since 23 March 2026 and have been told the issue is being tracked internally by Engineering, but have received no resolution or timeline.
