My Pro account suddenly was downgraded from pro to free plan, all topics about it are old, what should I do ?
My account was also downgraded from Pro to Free.
May I know why?

Same here. Was downgraded from Plus to Free
My account was also downgraded from Pro to Plus because I upgraded to Pro before my Plus subscription ended. Now I can see that this isn’t only my problem.
More importantly, is OpenAI going to resolve this issue or not? Has anyone here managed to solve the downgrading issue?

Today, Pro accounts were downgraded to Free or Plus, depending on which subscription you had before upgrading to Pro.
It’s okay — just pay one more time.
