My account was also downgraded from Pro to Free.
What should I do ?
I still had about a year left on my Plus plan. Why did it disappear? More precisely, why was it switched to the free plan?

Same here. My account was downgraded from pro to free on 1st of May. I was using it just fine on the day before. My case number is 08353122.
