Hi my account got randomly downgraded from 20x Pro to Free and I don’t know what to do, anyone else facing this issue? You can see over here I paid 3 days ago and now I’m a free user

I’d first check that you are signed into the same ChatGPT account that made the purchase and also check whether the subscription was purchased through web, Apple App Store, or Google Play, since subscriptions can be managed separately depending on where they were bought.

If the payment shows as paid but the account still shows Free, I’d contact OpenAI Support from the affected account and include the account email, receipt/invoice, payment date and screenshots of the Billing page.
