I paid my 25 dollars 14 days ago and now I can’t use the 4.0. It seems like I’m downgraded or the 4.0 account is deleted.
Someone else with this issue? I don’t wanna upgrade again when I’ve just paid the fee.

Hi, the same happened to me. Payment went through and I downgraded to 3.5 for no reason. Trying to understand what’ happening but they haven’t got back to me yet.
You may not have been “downgraded”. The interface just sometimes selects 3.5 for new chats - which is reasonable as you don’t need to use gpt-4 for much of “ask an AI”.

Are you including tax? Did you upgrade through chat.openai.com? Real ChatGPT Plus is $20/mo.
