Why does the Open AI website NOT show that I've upgraded?

I need to get an API key. I signed up for the $20 plan a week ago. It shows in the application that I’ve upgraded. But when I go to the website, it is still asking me to upgrade. I’ve already upgraded. What gives? What do I need to do to show that I’ve upgraded in all of the Open AI?

Having API access is different than having ChatGPT plus access. They are completely separated payment plans. ChatGPT plus is $20/month while the API is pay-per-usage billed monthly
