Same here, my VPN is located in Austria. Not sure but maybe related the GPT4 issue days ago. Maybe some kind of massive attack so they closed all the possible connections include VPN?

Same for me. Accessing from VPN. Tried two servers in the USA and one in Canada. All get the same response.

Same problem: tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Playground works, not chat. Also using a VPN (required for work). Our organization is testing ChatGPT. Paying for Plus. I can access via some 3rd-party bots, but that’s no good bc I need my chat hx. Can I at least export my chat hx? I’m on a work assignment.

I got the same error…I tried to access from another browser, Web in my case and it works. I think it’s a problem related to google chrome.

Edit: ok at the moment it doesn’t work from Web browser too lol, but it happens after i asked 10 questions which is the max request in 24h. I’ll try tomorrow.

I wonder if this has something to do with TrustPilot (TapJoy)? Anyone had problems with TapJoy?

I also had this problem today. I believe it has something to do with my IP address. After I changed the proxy, it didn’t deny me any more.

just got in without any VPN and then had to turn on my VPN to log in. WTF but ok it worked xD

you can try to change your VPN, which you didnt use before. i did it! EG: if you use UK/US VPN before,you can try SG or any other.
