Since I created the account last week and toped up with 15$. I’ve not been able to male a successful API call. I keep getting the same error 429. I have tried waiting for few days but nothing has worked for me

It looks like despite having put money in my account “my organization” keeps being on the FREE tier (see screenshot below). Any help? Already desperate with this.
