I followed this guide, and chatgpt4oĀ“s guide, i can easily access gpt and talk, but there is no history, adn each time i close the window, it will be gone, reset<3 pleaseā¦ help

i did this = Steps for Hard Refresh
On PC (Chrome)
- Press Ctrl + F5:
- Action: While on the ChatGPT web page, press āCtrlā and āF5ā simultaneously to perform a hard refresh.
On Mac (Chrome)
- Press Cmd + Shift + R:
- Action: While on the ChatGPT web page, press āCmd,ā āShift,ā and āRā simultaneously to perform a hard refresh.
Additional Steps (if needed)
- Clear Cache Manually:
- Action: Go to Chrome settings (three dots in the upper right corner > Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data).
- Select āCached images and filesā: Make sure this option is selected, then click āClear data.ā
- Reload the ChatGPT web page.

I am aware of the issues recently but status.openai.com reports all ok when in fact itās still not loading for me. I have deleted cache and cookies, but to no avail.
Has anyone seen this as well?

I am having issue
that on my computer i can login into chatGPT but i canāt use it. For example i canāt
use chat i canāt see my chat history i canāt even see my profile icon. Because it canāt load. I checked other web browsers and it is the same i even deleted cookies in my chrome web browser and issue is the same. On my phone for example chatGPT
works good.

Hi all,
Iām a paid subscriber, and I canāt access my account, settings, chatsānothing. I canāt even logout. I just get a blank screen. Who should I be contacting to report this? Any advice on how to get my work buddy back? I cleared my cache and browsing history, tried going incognito, and Iām now at a loss.

I was able to upload images on ChatGPT but some reason it doesnāt let me upload images anymore here is a picture of what it says when it doesnāt let me paste an image this is what it shows or says
Yesterday and today I am experiencing the same issue, my history is gone, but also there is no logging buttons, prompt kind of works but with limited ability.
It seems that cleaning browser cache has helped but not sure is it going to last.

today is 5th of June 2024. Since yesterday afternoon ChatGPT 4, 4o and even 3.5 is out of service for me, although I purchased a Premium serviceā¦

If you are using Chrome, hard reset your browser by pressing control+F5

Yesterday I encountered this problem. The problem was a kind of global. It could be tracked on https://status.openai.com/.
It started in the morning and continued till the early evening. Sometimes the chat was available but without memorizing the conversation and for little periods of time.
Today the chat works well. I guess the only thing you can do is to wait. Iām not sure, but probably resolving the issue by cleaning the cache and cookies may be a coincidence.
It says on their site that everything is fixed however I canāt access my old chats OR create new ones, it just doesnāt respond.
I tried:
- Clearing cache
- Relogging in
- Changing password
No luck. Is this happening to anyone else? Itās on a paid account.

I canāt get access for the second day in a row, with a message that theirat capacity. Is this an on-going issue generally? I am a premium subscriber.
