03 api access generates a 404 (Not Found) error

In an APP that I created, I can use the model GPT-4o-mini. However, when I try to use o3, o3-mini, 03-pro and I get error: 404 (Not Found)

I am reading that I need to be in above tier 3 to use o3. I tried to click on the form to ask for permission, but it would lead to no where.

Can anyone explain how I get access to 03 or o3-pro or o3-mini?

  • Access: Tiers 4 and 5, with some exceptions.

  • Note: Users on Tiers 1–3 can gain access by completing organization verification.

  • Endpoint: Responses API.

Hello!

The “organization verification” link (https://platform.openai.com/account/organization-verification) is dead.

It takes me to a page with:
[OpenAI Logo]

Page not found

We couldn’t find the page you were looking for.

I would like to use the o3 model via the API.

How best can I get access to the o3 model?

I went to the API Playground and saw a verification link in the model drop-down list under o3.
