I am unable to access both o4-mini or o3, it doesnt also give me an option to verify our organisation, its quite frustrating and we don’t know what to do
As per the Help Center Documentation, it shows that is not available for all organization at this time. OpenAI is gradually rolling out the model access. Hope that clears your doubt.

From the article you shared it says tier 5 should already have access but that is not the case
Hm, weird, my organization got access to it with in 10 minutes of the live with gdb in it ending.
When I had just reached tier 5 and o1 was released, it didn’t show up on the playground, but we were able to access the model via the API.
Have you tried that? Maybe that’s the case?

Yes its same issue I am on tier 5 with over 100k spent yet this issue
