O3 API not available (although it should be as per the documentation)

Hello,
The o3 API is not available for me (currently tier 1), although, as per the documentation it should be available for tier 1 users as well (although with small limits). Any idea why this issue is occurring and how to address it (unfortunately support is not responsiveā€¦ :confused: )?

According to the documentation, it should be available for me - https://platform.openai.com/docs/models/o3 (I am from an eligible country)

The O3 model is denied to API organizations until someone performs a personal ID verification using government ID and more video verification of facial biometrics through a third-party service. Which isnā€™t working so well. You can reach it at general-> verification in the API platform site.

Thank you, this actually resolved part of the issue!
(I can test it in the prompt playground, but it is still unavailable for the assistants. I will however open a separate thread for it)
