Hi open Ai, I live in Iran and here we have to use VPN for everything, even google has been filtered here, I bought chatgpt + so hard and so expensive ( far more than your pricing), but you blocked in day 3, probably because I have to change my VPN service, please help to solve this problem and prevent it in future, we have enough constraints here, don’t add them.I add the ray id, forgive me for the frustrating tune in my voice

it looks like you are getting blocked by cloudflare and not chatgpt.
You can try to get a different VPN. I recommend services which offer residential IPs because cloudflare is blocking bots with datacenter Ips

Please change another vpn, I have the same issue before, after I change vpn,the open ai don’t block me again.

I can understand your frustrations, keep in mind that Iran is not on the list of supported countries:

Trying to evade these restrictions may not be in line with the terms of service.

Hi @N2U, I’m living in Turkey, which is one of the countries that is being supported. However, I got blocked too. Is there a way we could register an issue and take actions to solve it?

I understand that this is an issue with Cloudflare, but the message redirects us to OpenAI Help Center Help Center, which has no connection with Cloudflare. So I’m guessing that there’s a missing detail in somewhere about how this issue is being managed.

I just found a forum post and seems like it is, or can be controlled by OpenAI through the Couldflare managing dashboard where us, the blocked people (for no abusive reasons) could get a greenlight

Hey @seahindeniz and welcome to the developer community forum :laughing:

There a lot of network infrastructure between you and openAI’s server’s, and there can be many different reasons why you’re getting blocked, the quick fix’s I can suggest is making sure you’re not using a VPN and turn your router off and on again to get a new IP address.

You may find it a bit easier if you use ChatGPT with Chat History & Training turned off.
