from servers ip-addresses - doesnt work
Please disable and VPN’s or proxies that are active, if you are on a works, school or public wifi, you may need to speak to your network administrator to allow OpenAI websites and services through their firewall.

Is your server behind a firewall, as the firewall been updated, does the server host have a new firewall policy in place?
after communicating with the technical support of vpsag hosting, it was found that all vps servers/ip of this hosting were blocked on November 8! this is an error, vpsag hosting support is trying to reach openai support, but without success, so far the following email addresses have been found out:
kc@openai.intercom-mail.com
operator@openai.intercom-mail.com
who don’t respond. Dear openai administration, you cannot block the whole hosting, because there are other users on it. Please unblock vpsag hosting or at least answer
