API: a 403 error occurs with the Cloudfare response

Periodically, several times a day, when accessing the API, a 403 error occurs with the Cloudfare response like this:

"Sorry, you have been blocked
You are unable to access api.openai.com

Cloudflare Ray ID: xxxxxx • Your IP: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx "

IP: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - here is our backend server.
We use integration with api.openai.com

The rest of the API time works fine, responses to requests come. We have not changed the IP, the request format is the same.

I sent a request to OpenAI support, they are silent for a long time.
And integration is already used by us in a working project.

What could be the reason?

I have the same problem. Inconsistent, but happening a lot.
Very frustrating.
