Workspace Agents Missing App Connectors

TLDR: :police_car_light: App Connectors Missing :police_car_light: in Workspace Agents? (No Asana, Hubspot, or 700+ others)

I’ve been using GPT Workspace Agents since the Beta in April; however, I’ve noticed in the last few days the app catalog available is completely truncated to just ~15 apps from the 700+ prior.

The weird thing is, apps I’ve previously deployed with connectors such as Zoom, Asana, Fathom are still connected but I’m not able to add those on new agents and/or if that connection were removed. It’s also odd – because templates show connectors like these, Hubspot, and more so they CAN be connected but not from a blank template.

I thought this would auto-resolve, but it’s been a few days now and affecting my client work as I manage and deploy agents.

Anyone else running into this?

Hi @colinsa ! Are you still seeing this with the Workspace Agents connector list?

If so, are the same apps still missing when you create a new agent? App availability can depend on what’s enabled for the workspace, so that would help narrow down what’s going on.

If you’re still running into it, feel free to share what you’re seeing now and I can take another look.

No this was resolved now.

@OpenAI_Support This is still an issue and has been for months as I have had an open case regarding custom Apps published to the workspace and ongoing issues regarding your switch from Apps to Plugins. CASE: 11814696.

Workspace agents can only select from the legacy “app” list and do not see fully functioning MCP’s that work within chats shared to our Business workspace. Additionally, all new apps that are set up as “Plugins” are not available from the picker. For example, Netsuite has published a Plugin and it doesnt show in the dropdown. Documentation is also out of date regarding the workspace agents plugin that used to allow us to get around this with adding things from codex to workspace agents.
