Hi everyone,
since this morning I’ve been experiencing an issue in Settings → Apps & Connectors where I get an “Error fetching connectors” message. Checking the network requests, the list_accessible endpoint returns a 500 Internal Server Error.
I’ve attached a screenshot with the full details in case it helps.
Is anyone else running into the same issue?
Is there a known workaround or fix?
I’m a developer and I need to configure my custom connector, but an issue with the platform is currently preventing me from carrying out my work.
What’s confusing is that the Connectors component on today’s status page is shown as fully operational, yet the problem is still occurring on my side. To better understand the situation, I also contacted OpenAI support (the AI assistant), which confirmed that the issue originates from OpenAI’s infrastructure and that a fix would be implemented.
Given that the status page now indicates no active incidents, I expected the service to be functioning again — however, the issue persists, making it difficult for me to proceed with my development tasks.
I solved the problem by deleting all my custom connectors from the workspace settings. It’s a strange workaround, but it might be helpful for other developers who run into the same issue.
