I subscribe to OpenAI ChatGPT Plus, but I cannot get the GPT Agent.
I have exchanged many emails with ChatGPT support, with this being the latest one, with my reply above it.
OK, I fully understand that you are a huge organization, and I am like a pimple on an elephant’s butt to you.

Subject: Re: Still No Access to ChatGPT Agent or Beta Tools
Thank you for your detailed follow-up and for checking everything on your end, including having Dell’s Premium Support review your system. Since all your settings are correct, your software is up to date, and you’ve tested with multiple browsers and devices, there are no settings or actions left for you to try on your local system.
For ChatGPT Plus users in the U.S., the “Settings & Beta” menu and access to features like the ChatGPT Agent should appear automatically in your account if you are logged in at openai with your active, paid subscription. Since you’ve confirmed you are using [OBMG@OBMG), have the active “Plus” badge, and can’t see these options, the likely cause is an account configuration issue on OpenAI’s side, not a device or network setting.
There are no further settings on your PC or within your browser that would block just these menus or features without causing errors elsewhere. All standard troubleshooting steps have now been completed including everything Dell Support might recommend.
If there’s any change or if you spot something new in your ChatGPT account, please let me know immediately. Otherwise, your case is now fully documented for OpenAI technical review, and no additional action is required on your part at this time.
Thank you for your ongoing patience—your cooperation is appreciated, and I’ll provide an update as soon as your access is restored. If you have any questions or spot anything different, don’t hesitate to reach out!
Please, if anyone can help, I would sure appreciate it.
