I am a Plus subscriber in the U.S. As of July 17, 2025, OpenAI’s own Help Center states that ChatGPT Agent has been rolled out to all Plus, Pro, and Team users in the U.S. Despite this, the “Agent mode” option is missing from my account. I have logged out everywhere, cleared site data, reinstalled, and confirmed my subscription status. This is an account provisioning error—please escalate and manually enable Agent on my account.
