Nop. Chat Gpt Plus is other thing. You have to use the api or contribuite with Evals

For the API you have to join the waitlist: GPT-4 API waitlist (openai.com)
When buying GPT Plus you don’t receive anything in regard to API’s → For that go to here Overview - OpenAI API, you have some Credits when you register so you can try out if GPT3 API works for you
