Will ChatGPT Plus accounts have improved API stability and performance compared to free accounts?

if not , will I have access to it from an API included for my monthly flat rate?
And what do I need to pass in addition to the model, so that when I make an API request, it would work with the Legacy engine?

At the time of this post, there is no current official ChatGPT API. Usage of non-official ChatGPT API’s is a violation of our Terms of Service and a disservice to all other developers playing by the rules. We are however, working on the ChatGPT API, we encourage you to join the waitlist. In the meantime, check out the Completions API which can do very similar tasks to what ChatGPT does. When the official API becomes available, we will update you in this thread and elsewhere.

So I did some testing myself, for the completions API with a “ChatGPT plus API key” and a normal API key.

There is absolutely no difference in speed.
