I have a tier 3 of my organization and it’s verified, but when I try to use gpt4o-computer-use it’s keep saying that I don’t have access. What am I doing wrong?
I am in the same boat. Got inspired to try the new model, topped up my balance to go to Tier 3, verified my organization, regenerated my API key… all this just to see “The model computer-use-preview does not exist or you do not have access to it.” Pretty sad. Not sure how long it will take to roll out the model to all users, but for now it still looks like only selected (unknown) users, who were lucky, got access. Not much left but to check availability occasionally.
