Why I still can't use o1-preview via API?

I’m on tier-4 and still get this message:

Hi there! Have you tried generating a new API key?

Can you see the o1 models in the playground yet?

Yes I tried a new API key. I also build a new project for it.
And I can’t see the o1 models in the playground.

According to OpenAI’s page you need Tier 3 access.

Tier 3 $100 paid and 7+ days since first successful payment
