Try a new “user” API key for yourself, defaulting all keys to your entitled organization. That should have all current permissions attached to it at creation.
A stale non-updated API key has caused problems in getting new model access before.

Are you trying to use it as a completion or a Assistants v2 call? It will only work with a chat completion at present time.

Same here. Account on tier 4, but can’t see anything about o1 models.
