Why i can't see the “Develop your own plugin” option?

I think OpenAI joking with us…I subscribed chatgpt plus & signed up in the waiting list for ChatGPT plugin development. The plugins are now available including the plugin store, but I can’t develop my own plugin because this option is not appearing…already many weeks passed…every time i check my email and see noting from openai
please approve us or if not approve then tell us we cant approve you…

First I am not an OpenAI employee.

When did you subscribe to ChatGPT plus?
When did you sign up on the waiting list for ChatGPT plugin developer options?

If either is after June 16, 2023 then you will have to wait on the waiting list. Yes many have been on the list since the first day of signups and are still waiting.
