Why can't my gpt4o read files?

I’ve tried to upload pdf or docx to it, but it just answers that it can’t read the text in it. It’s driven me crazy because a few days ago there was not this problem at all. I just don’t know why in these two days my gpt4o suddenly can’t operate any files.

As I ask gpt can you read pdf or searching online,it answer:“no”.Emmmm,it seems like not model 4o but other model.
