It appears that my payment for ChatGPT plus didn’t go through. The first I knew was when I found myself on the free plan. So I thought I would check my last payment and access my Open AI account, which clearly exists.
Oh wait, no. It has vanished.
The ‘Myplan’ option has vanished from the side bar.
So I am no longer entitled to access my payment details for ChatGPT? That is totally ridiculous. OpenAI clearly retain all my payment details, personal information and account details, but for some reason they are not allowing me to view them.
Please, can someone tell me how I can get back into my account and view my payment history?

I can’t find it either! Not my billing history or my subscription plan
I am having the same problem. There is no where to manage the ChatGPT subscription. The help articles do not list the source URL for managing the platform subscription. Very frustrating… Why can’t programmers do the minimal amount of usability studies with their products?

I currently face the same problem. I have tried all web browsers, still I cannot see the “My plan” option to manage my subscription.
I am having the same problem - there was no notification that the plan was going to cancel either and don’t have any option to upgrade my plan again. Seems like this amazing resource has a TON of problems!
